Uk holiday changed terms and conditions

I wonder if anyone can help.
I booked a 3 night glamping stay in Suffolk for Easter weekend. They have contacted me to say due to Coronavirus they can not accommodate us (rightly so). They offer alternative dates but we can’t make those.
I replied to her saying this and she said I’m sorry you’ve had to cancel and that’s it, no mention of refund.
I checked terms and conditions sent at time of booking which state if they cancel due circumstances beyond their control a refund will be issued.
However I’ve noticed on their website they have changed their terms and conditions so say they won’t refund for circumstances beyond their control.
does anyone know where I stand on this? Surely the terms and conditions at time of booking apply?

Any advice gratefully received

My mates is having the same problem. They booked a place at cotsworld for a stag do in June, but the guy is saying he won't give a refund.
