Next have announced they will be reopening its website/online sales this week.Willing2Learn said:Next have announced they are closing their warehouse and distribution operations from 1800 today. No more online orders until further notice
This comes after a 2 week shutdown, following concerns raised over the health and safety of warehouse workers, to allow the business to reorganise its warehouses and enable social distancing measures. Additional safety measures drawn up in consultation with staff and backed by shopworker union USDAW now include clear one-way systems and new walkways at its warehouses.
The re-opening of online sales will take place in stages, eventually allowing over 3000 employees who have already indicated their willingness, to return back to work.
