Contract change - furloughing confused

I and a number of others at my workplace have been 'furloughed' and I've been provided with a contract to sign. I'm a bit confused as to how reasonable it is?

It:
Confirms I'll receive no more or less that 80% of wages. The company will cover it, but if it turns out for any reason that the amount they can get is less, it will be taken out of future wages.
If the situation is bad past end of May and scheme is not extended and there is no work, I can be kept on unpaid layoff.
This obviously covers them and means the only time they have to pay me in the forseeable future is if the government won't cover my wages, but I don't want an unpaid layoff. I'd rather be made redundant! I'll probably sign it, but I'm annoyed they slipped the unpaid layoff clause in there when that was not discussed.
