Having to cancel Travelodge saver and saying I can’t get refund

I booked the Travelodge on a saver rate non refundable 😣 my brothers wedding has been cancelled due to Coronavirus shut down, the hotel will surely also be shut down 24/04/20-26/04/20 because of this. When I have looked it is advising I can only change the booking or basically get vouchers to same value to rebook not a refund. Surely as this is due to the Coronavirus lockdown and not intention they should offer a refund?
