Supplier cancelled

Hi we booked accommodation only with Alpha Rooms, they cancelled. They called to offer credit but a few have now lost their jobs so a new holiday isn't an option, they said they can refund but would have to take 10% and charge an admin fee. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA

If the admin fee and charge was in their terms and conditions then yes they can do this.
If not chargeback would be a possibility - speak to your card provider.0
