Nat West do not permit transfers from RBS or Nat West credit cards

This is standard practice across the industry. You will also not be able to do a balance transfer between any two credit cards of the same company and that includes MBNA & Lloyds (part of the same group), Halifax and Bank of Scotland (part of HBOS), HSBC and First Direct (part of the same group) as some common examples.0
