    It's unfortunate that your personal documents got lost in the post. How do you know it was Aldermore who lost them, did you send them registered?

    Why did you have to send anything by post? I have opened several accounts with Aldermore in the past, and it was all done online. I never came across any problem managing and closing my Aldermore accounts, either. 

    Did you apply online?  Are you on the Electoral Register at your current address? Have you used the exact same name and address for your application at Aldermore?

    Same as above . Opened a new account earlier this year in a few minutes . Various e mails and letters arrived over the next few days and old ISA transferred in a couple of weeks . Nothing to complain about .
  • Ditto. Don't currently have an account with them, but found everything ran perfectly when I have had.
