Open Study Uni - Am I entitled to a refund?

I purchased an A level course at the Open Study Uni - this course included the practical side and also tests. I was instructed these would be held At Birmingham and I would travel there to participate.
With all of the new Covid-19 legislation im wondering If I’m entitled to a refund for this as obviously they can no longer provide the service.
Their website states “ Following the government update yesterday we are aware that A Level and GCSE exams will no longer be taking place in May and June this year due to schools being closed.

We are monitoring the news and working closely with our exam boards and centres. Please bear with us while we wait to receive further instructions and we will update you as soon as possible.”

Thank you 🙏🏻
