My son paid a deposit for a hog roast for his 40 birthday. The only terms and conditions seem to be ‘payment of deposit secured the booking date and is non refundable’. As deposit secured booking date and this is obviously now not available is he entitled to his deposit back. They have offered to change date to later in year but this isn’t acceptable as special birthday. Thank you in advance
