Pegasus refunded Love Holidays not me for cancelled flights

I have/had a package holiday booked with Love holidays for 18/4. Last week Pegasus who the flights were with cancelled this and issued a refund however the paper work shows this money is being refunded to Love Holidays not myself. I have 1 last payment due 1/4 for £592.00 (£783.95 currently Paid) Do I pay this? I don't want them having an opportunity to say I have cancelled but at the same time they have my money and I don't want them having anymore. I like everyone else cant get hold of them and they have not responded to the message sent last week through Manage My Bookings.
If Love holidays have had the flight money back do they not have to refund it to me?
