I bought 6 tickets to travel to Torquay on the 9th May. Contacted them to cancel booking on 27 March and originally told that it would take about 2 months for the money to be refunded back into my account. Have spoken to customer services but they are based in China. I'm hearing impaired and find phone calls difficult so you can imagine the problems I encountered. Tried on line but got nowhere with the online system. Now nearly the end of June and still no refund. I cant really afford to lose £227 anyone know where I go with this.0
