Wales Comic Con ignoring refund requests

I had a ticket booked for the Wales Comic Con in April, which has now been postponed until August (this decision was made on March 13).
I've sent four separate emails over this time requesting a refund, as I can't make the new dates, but each email has been ignored. Those on social media in the same boat also say their emails have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, the promoter is promoting the new event left, right and centre, so he's clearly active and seeing these messages.
My order was under £100, but is there any use in contacting my bank about this? Some others I've spoken to are owed £400 or more and need their money back asap.
Somebody on Instagram recently said it took them a year to get a refund from them.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Raise a chargeback claim on the basis of the service not being provided at the dates as sold?0

if you don't go then you won't be able to pay £100 for a photo and autograph from John Barrowman.
Are you sure you want to cancel?
