I booked flights and a car park slot with my Santander debit card, now we cant travel, my travel insurance is saying we should be able to claim the full cost via Santander is that true?

  • My flights with Etihad were cancelled. They are only offering postponement or vouchers. None of those options work for me (no more going on holiday for a while!) I think I'm entitled to a refund but HOW do I get one? There's no option on their website (it disappeared 3 days ago) and the call centre lady simple said no. Nicely.

I was due to fly on Friday and want to fight for a refund- but I'm worried about leaving it too long and missing the offer of vouchers in the meantime.
    Anyone know how to help?
