Job offer withdrawn due to coronavirus

Hi, I’m a full-time student who was supposed to be on a placement this summer. I’ve just had an email to say that my placement has been cancelled even though I had already accepted the offer. I had been relying on the £3500 I would have earned from this to support myself over the Summer and through my next year of uni. Both parents are high risk so I have to stay in university accommodation. They also do not have the funds to support me as one is now unemployed. My landlord does not have a buy to let mortgage and relies on me and the other tenants as her income. I have asked my university for help but they are unable to help right now as I still have a couple of student loan payments due to me so I’ll only be in financial difficulty from June onwards. I sometimes work through UberEats but I haven’t been able to earn anything from this recently.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do now? I don’t think the government have plans to help students over the Summer now all our placements and jobs are being cancelled.

Not what you want to do but there are lots of jobs in supermarkets right now. Stacking shelves, driving delivery vans etc0

I would love to do that except my university it requiring us to do exams so I won’t be able to work until June and they seem to just be offering temporary immediate start roles round by me so I’d have to leave university to take one on.0

Well if you were not planning on working until the summer what are you expecting the govt to do for you now?2
