Forest Holidays not offering refunds

My holiday on 20th April has been cancelled with Forest Holidays who have closed all their sites. My holiday cost £2349. They are only offering a credit note to be used by 31st December 2021. In the coronavirus crisis my circumstances have changed and I want a refund of my holiday to help get through this. I understand that refund entitlements might change in the crisis but I have requested a refund in advance of this. I would be interested in other Forest Holidays customers experiences and will update how I get on with my request.
