Charge back for cancelled accommodation at Wringworthy Cottages

I had a booking at Wringworthy Cottages in Cornwall and they have cancelled it due to coronavirus and are refusing to refund the £720 they've taken from my credit card.
Has anyone had any luck in claiming back accommodation bookings from credit card companies?

On what grounds are they refusing to refund you?0

They say they have been advised by the government they must be closed for commercial use and that their business insurers say that their T&Cs still apply. Their booking conditions are unclear other than saying the deposit is non-refundable. I have already paid the full booking. They won't allow rebooking at this stage.
