BudgetAir.co.uk - can´t get hold of them at all to request refund for cancelled flights

Hi, I made a booking for three flights between Singapore - Thailand - Malaysia in April for myself and my family. The flights are with Malaysia Airlines, but booked through BudgetAir.co.uk  I have recently received emails from Malaysia Airlines telling me that all three flights have been cancelled due to Covid-19. Malaysia Airlines say that you have to contact the travel agency who sold you the tickets, which in my case is BudgetAir. For the past few weeks, I have tried to contact them several times, by phone, by email and by messaging them through their website and on Messenger (through their Facebook page). I cannot manage to get hold of them at all, and am now getting worried that they won´t refund us the money for the cancelled flights. I have read lots of really bad reviews online for BudgetAir, from travellers in a similar situation to me, who find it impossible to get hold of them. Has anyone on here managed to get hold of BudgetAir to get a full refund for cancelled flights? Thanks

Have you had any joy with BudgetAir?
I am waiting for a refund on part of a booking and have had no contact outside of automated emails. I'm getting a little frustrated now. I've had other flights refunded already from other agents.
