Hi I've been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days to get hold of customer services. Even when hanging on the phone in the queue for 3 hours at a time.
I can't use the self service as they have some info correct information from the NRAM transfer which is preventing me from logging in.
I can't find an email address for them any ware or any other way to contact them. I have written them a letter but if they have abandoned their offices it may not get delivered.
I'm not sure what to do.

I have been trying to contact Heliodor also for last 2 weeks. I am struggling to make payment and I'm having no luck in contacting anyone. When I try to log into their site, it's also saying some of my account information is incorrect due to transfering over from NRam.0
