I emailed them as per their guidelines on their website and they came back to me with a reply to check their website. I've now received a further email where they are now going to charge me £30pp to cancel, and then if the flights are cancelled I may get the money back from the flights.. Looking at the breakdown of the costs of the flights, transfer and hotel.. I think this means I'm going to have to pay more now to cancel and risk not getting any money back. However, if I wait.. then that could go up.. if I cancel now then my insurance won't pay out at all as the government guidelines don't go up far enough... I don't know what to do!
