My husband is an Australian National who has lived and paid tax in England for nearly 6 years. Currently his ‘stay with your partner’ visa says he is not entitled to public funds. Does this include help that the government is providing for self employed people who cannot work due to the corona virus outbreak and lock down measures?

I would guess so. Not that there is any, except universal credit, at the moment
