Hello everyone, my daughter has had to come home from university due to the outbreak. We have cleared out her room and given the keys back to her privately rented room. The landlord is expecting being paid until the end of June though. Can he not claim on his insurance? Do you know if she still needs to pay this due to the unusual circumstances? Could we get a discount because she is not using electricity etc? Thanks
