Hotel refund

Hi everyone, it's our wedding anniversary today and we have a room booked in a hotel in the Lake District. Obviously now hotels have had to close so we won't be able to go (I wouldn't want to anyway!). We're due to go on Friday and we still have had no communication from the hotel. I paid the £270 for the room when I booked it, will they have to refund us or book us in again? Please don't tell me we'll lose our money 😔
