Online Gift Retailer - Should It Still Be Open?

I work for an online gift retailer selling personalised gifts that are posted via courier collections from the office. There are around 10 members of staff who have been told they must still go into the office to work full time as their roles require physically being there to personalise the items, pack, ship etc. Is this in line with the current restrictions on lockdown or should the office be closed as they are not an essential retailer? They are keeping 2 metres away from one another. There are about another 5 members of staff working from home full time as their work is computer based - and approx 15 who are on furlough with 80% wages being paid. Thanks in advance for any advice.
