Look at Universal Credit. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/ There are online calculators to help you assess entitlement https://www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Universal Credit is the only benefit that maybe possible for you to claim. This is a means tested benefit and if you live with a partner that works then you will need to claim as a couple. Whether you qualify will depend on your income, savings and capital.

I assume you mean you are the sole employee of your own company. Calcotti knows much more than me about statutory sick pay, but I think you might be entitled if you paid yourself enough in wages.

SSP is paid by the company and not normally reimbursed by the government so of no use to one person companies. There is a temporary measure which allows companies to recover the cost of two weeks of SSP if an employee is in self isolation - not sure if it would be eligible possible to reclaim in this situation. Even if it is it would only be a total of £188.50.
I would focus on UC if the benefits calculator indicates entitlement.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1
