Reclaim deposits

Hiya, I have put a deposit on my daughters pram and paid a further 450 off it, now the shops closed due to covid 19 and company refusing to give me my money back. What should I do?

Have they closed down (gone bust), or just shut? Can they deliver it or have you collect it?

Also what was the timescale for you to get the pram? If it wasn’t due to be provided yet you probably have no grounds for complaint yet
if you paid by credit card you may have recourse there, but I would be mindful of the unique circumstances as the company concerned will be struggling and there is a limited amount they can do while stores are closed to resolve things, have patience if you can0
