Husbands details on my IVA application

Just filling in my income and expenditure for IVA application. It asks for my husband’s income, which is fair enough.
However when I come to enter mobile phone costs etc surely I should total the both of our contracts if I’m taking his income as joint.
Is this correct?
Or alternatively do I leave his income off and split everything shared 50/50 only including my costs for things like mobile phone? It is just my IVA, not his.
Responses would be gratefully received. Thank you.

You include his income but not his bills as far as I know

the split of bills would be in proportion of wages not necessarily 50/50. Your partner could refuse to divulge and in that case it would default to 50/50
