Car lease deposit paid in Jan - car delivery delayed indefinitely

Hi - as title says. I took out a lease deal on a car with Yes Lease and paid a deposit in January and was told it would be 12-14 weeks for delivery of vehicle.
Due to the current coronavirus situation I've had multiple emails from the company saying the car is now delayed indefinitely due to factory shut downs.
I accept this is not their fault, however given that the car is now not going to be delivered in the time frame stated am I within my rights to request return of my deposit and cancellation of the lease?
I've read through the terms in the contract which state of you cancel they can charge up to £600 (I paid £276) but surely in this situation where I haven't received the product and don't know when I will - they can't enforce that?

What does the contract say about delivery date and delays to delivery? Obviously, if they are breaching whatever they say in the contract, you have a case for cancelling the contract and getting your deposit back.

Hi, I am in exactly the same position, and it might be the same vehicle. Was due to have a Kia delivered about now, delayed indefinitely. I have queried with them, they cannot give me a data. I asked about cancellation too. I have copied their reply below, which I feel is very unfair considering I am expected to wait without a vehicle for X weeks, not knowing when this will be resolved. I appreciate it is not their fault, but people either have current lease deals ending, no car at all or (like me) an old banger I bought for 12 weeks that never knows whether to start, drive, or explode!
If you wish to cancel your vehicle we would need this in writing, as per your terms and conditions your broker fee is non-refundable and as you are over your 14days cooling off period a cancellation fee charge does also apply. This is been reduced and is £360.00 not £600.00 as stated in your terms and conditions.
