There are two ways that I know of:
- pay for Yahoo! Mail Plus
- use YPOPs

I've been using OE to read my yahoo emails for a few years now. I've never paid anything for this to happen. I just changed a setting in the yahoo mail account. Mine still works fine through OE, I just checked it now.
Try this.
Logon to check your mail and on the top right had corner of the page there is an option Mail Options, click that and a new page is displayed where you can check to receive pop mail. Check that and hit the save button on the bottom right hand corner and then you will be able to receive your email through outlook express. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

....and I have done it Rex_Mundi's way.
Although for anyone else reading this, the Mail Options is in Yahoo, I looked in Outlook Express for a while
Thanks everyone for your help

One problem I have had with Yahoo & OE is sending of e-mails. With some ISPs you have to use their SMTP server for outgoing mail0
