Green.
I have been a customer of Green. for some months, I switched via MSE site. The switch to them was very smooth. There were some hiccups along the way in the early days of our association. Two deductions for one month had been taken in error around month two or three. Following a chat with the friendly and helpful staff to find out why, it was corrected very quickly. There was also a settling-in period with their new App. I gave my readings by phone on that occasion. I discussed what I found and by the time my next readings were due, the I.T issue had been corrected, just as they said it would be. There was some confusion generated about submission of reading dates, all now sorted. The App/system now tells me when a reading is due.
I am perfectly content to stay with Green. for now. Everything is running smoothly. I have found them straightforward to contact, chat has been available at odd hours, though the personal contact by phone I find superior. I have also had very good and timely responses via Green's. email contact. The company appears to value its customers.
