Working again in london during covid 19

Can someone please please help....my husband has worked away in london for a while now(comes bk to wales on the weekend)n the company he works for keeps the maintenance of the railways (for example right now they are building a footpath)amid all the covid 19 they have still been told business as usual however this week they decided they were travelling back n forth even then they were not happy about this (youd swear there was nothing going on in the world the way his company are corresponding)however today now they have told them that they have to stay up in london for the rest of the week (even tho london is on lockdown) when my husband asked about food as everything is closed their answer was go to the supermarket....plus my husband travels up from south wales with 4 in a van also take into account this company has bases in south wales that they could work from but apparentlyno work up here ....can someone please help and advise us as soon as possible as we r so worried and my husband feels he has no choice to travel to london tomorrow ...
