I use body butter. Superdrug used to have pleasant , well priced ones- all no longer produced. Currently buying Dove body butter from Boots (mail order) as it is 1/2 price @ £3.50 ish. Not available in local branch!

My late mother in law had very dry skin and also sadly varicose veins which could easily knock and ulcer. She was religious however with her E45 and it made such a difference for her - she applied it morning and night.
personally I use Body Shop Vit E body butter and suits me great for dry skin.0
