Curtailed trip, pro-rata refund - is this normal?

Hello. I signed up for a package holiday tour of Japan with a company. Two days into the trip the company cancelled the tour and arranged for me to fly back to the UK (because of the Corona virus outbreak and concerns about borders closing). They are now offering me a pro-rata refund or credit voucher worth about 70% of what I originally paid them for the trip. Is this all that I am entitled to or do I have a case for more money back, if not a full refund? I don't ask out of greed, more out of ignorance having never dealt with a situation like this before. Thank you.

Given their costs to fly you there and back, 70% could actually be very reasonable IMO.1
