Topping up paypoint card

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help. One of my relatives uses a Paypoint card to pay some bills and is not able to now go to any stores to top it up, etc. Is there an online option that anyone knows of?

Hi,
Thanks for that link - useful for sure. However the Paypoint card is also used for other stuff and I put it in this forum section because I couldn't find another suitable one. So does anyone know about being able to switch from using in person to online?

Sadly I think the lack of responses could be due to there being no online option. 
Perhaps the workaround is to see whether the organisations concerned could accept faster payments from other relatives' accounts?

What is this Paypoint card you refer to?
What "other stuff" is it used to pay for?

As far as I knew, energy top up devices can only be used to top up the energy meters.
