Redundant

Hi, I got made redundant last Thursday and was told it was partly due to downturn in business and partly because of the coronavirus delaying contracts which meant my buying role was no longer required. I was had only been there 3 months and they gave me a months wages as redundancy. Obviously I'm going to find it really tough to get a job now as we in lockdown. My company let me go a day before the 80% wage promise by the government. I have applied for mortgage holiday and universal credit but am still going to struggle. Can anyone suggest anything further I can do?
I live alone with 14 year old daughter.
Thanks

The redundancy was generous as you are only entitled to just one week's statutory notice by law. As you say, it will be tough to find a new job, but you have to try.0
