We’ve got free parking for NHS staff!

With so much uncertainty in the world right now, one thing is for sure, there are real heroes out there working night and day, putting themselves at risk to help the rest of us during the COVID-19 pandemic, our NHS front-line workers.

We want to help them.

We've joined forces with our commercial partners to offer 900+ locations (thousands of parking spaces!) nationwide, FREE for NHS staff. We're expecting to welcome many more to this intiative over the coming weeks, expanding our network of free parking for our heroes.

Register your NHS email to qualify for free parking. Submit your email here to receive your unique code.

Create a YourParkingSpace account and add your code to your account. If you're using the web, your can also add the code at checkout. More info on how to redeem your code is here.

Search a location and book any FREE FOR NHS pin, identified by the NHS badge. Your unique code will update the price to £0.00.

A number of hospitals around have removed parking charges for employees and visitors.

Herefordshire council have removed all parking fees from all of their on- and off-street parking for the duration. More than that, they've designated one of the main city-centre car parks (right next door to the hospital) as for key workers only.

I work for a large central London trust and the response from the businesses around us has been tremendous.
Our car park is now open and free, though it has limited space.
A local hotel chain has opened their parking to us and their rooms to those that need it and I am told there are some other spaces opening up around us.
I've not heard about the local councils unrestricting parking around our sites yet, but I am sure they have/will.

We are also taking on staff and volunteers from various businesses that have closed in this area, their response is quite humbling.

I am incredibly proud to work where I do, more so in these uncertain times and it shouldn't need to be mentioned, but please keep the roads and parking spaces free for those that really need to travel and park in these areas.
It helps more than you could imagine.

JustPark are offering this too. I've put my drive for free to help out. Wouldn't be getting any other booking now and I don't use it.

Scotland has removed parking charges from the three remaining hospitals which still charged (because of PFI arrangements).

Glasgow Rangers have offered free car parking at Ibrox for NHS stafff - it's a hop, skip and jump from QEUH.

Watford City FC have offered their entire site to the hospital which is right next door to it.
