Netflights Refund Nightmare

We booked 5 non refundable tickets last year to fly from the UK to San Francisco with Netflights, the flights were with Delta (Virgin). We contacted Netflights a couple of weeks ago after the USA stopped us from flying in and we were told there wasn't much they could do apart from possibly changing the dates or if we contacted them 72 hours before departure we could ask for a refund. We rang a couple of days ago and we were advised to cancel the flights by them and then get a refund from either the insurance company or Credit card company. So we followed there advise but then they emailed us as if we just did this off our own back without their advise. Since then you cannot call and them seemed to have stopped responding to our emails. Seems to me as if they are jsut pretending it is nothing to do with them

Can anyone advise on the best course of action or if someone has a direct number to Netflights that works that would also be great
