Has anyone been able to add themselves to Sainsbury's vulnerable list for home delivery

I'm currently recovering from cancer
Although I've been given the all clear and only see my consultant/oncologist every 3 months, my lymph nodes in my neck were damaged/removed during one operation and I now have lymph-oedema of the neck. Lymph nodes control your lymphatic system that controls your immunity system.
I don't know if this puts me in the 1.5 million list but are on the vulnerable list.

Anyone know how I let Sainsbury's know so they will deliver to me?

I've been trying ringing for past few days but no joy, anyone know if there is another method?

TIA

They notified me that I was vulnerable. When I logged on the site it told me my password had expired. After several attempts I managed to persuade it to let me submit a new password (after a link emailed by them).  The password worked OK but when I tried it the following day it didn't. After several attempts the account locked  I've searched and searched but the only way to sort it out is to ring their 'helpline'. Been trying for 3 days now with no success.  It's either engaged or you get vast amounts of recordings then put in a queue for 1/2 an hour after which you get thrown off. There is no other way to contact them. Good intentions but obviously absolutely overwhelmed.

Why oh why can't they set up emails?
They could set up hundreds of email address and you use the one based on your location
    ie.
    banbury@
    leamington@
    oxford@
    etc.

They could also verify you are genuinely vulnerable at the same time, photo of medical exemption certificate, hospital appointment, doctors letter or similar

I think they've actually made it worse than better because people assumed there would be a simple way of informing them
You can even login and edit your profile, so why not add a field to that where you add info?
