I am a pregnant Pharmacist working in a community pharmacy. I understand I am a key worker however I am classed as "high risk" on the government guidelines, my anxiety/stress levels are through the roof. I spoke to the owner about the 80% government wage scheme & he said that is only for failing companies or people who would of been closed due coronavirus. He said I could go off sick but it would be statutory sick pay! I cant survive off £92 a week. Does anybody have any further information regarding the 80% government wage scheme is what he is saying true? Thanks!
