Employer withholding pay

This has happened exactly the same for my son and the other members of staff. Last paid on the 19th Feb only just paid on the 24th March but his boss has backdated the pay to 1st March and only paid them all 80% despite all working full time normal hours up until the 20th March when they had to close. Profiteering bosses. Its disgusting. I wish you luck.0
