35 weeks pregnant, is my partner still safe to work?

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and my work have been great, for the last week I have been self isolating and working from home. However my partner is still having to go to work, he works as a full time employee for a heating and environmental company as a heating engineer.

After Boris’ advice to stay home last night his company have stood everyone down today until they get clarification on whether they can carry on working or not. My partner has received a text to say there is work to be carried out at local courts etc is he available to go back in tomorrow for the rest of the week. His and my worry is him picking something up and bringing it home to me, what are his rights if he doesn’t feel safe at work? If he turns the work down will he still get paid due to the current situation?
