I want to help my friend with his business, he needs lots of admin doing but the work is stored on a PC at his premises.
How can we set up Remote Access so I can help him please?

What operating system does he run? What OS do you run?

There are several apps (programs) that can help with this.

I am Windows 10 Home.   I think his would be Windows 10 Professional, should I check this?

Who administers the network at your friends business? Just because you can run a remote access app doesn't mean you'll get through the company's firewall.

I suspect the IT is a PC connected to broadband ... the only firewall is that built in to the router.
