Hi,
My husband's boss is wanting to close his buisness to help prevent the spread of the virus but wants to ensure that all of his employees will be able to claim the 80% wage from the government. He seems to think that they won't be entitled to it as he has enough work to continue working for 2 months but his buisness is not classed as essential.
