Am I classed as a key worker

I work for a Facilities Management Company that deals with the Services for main SCC Building in Ipswich, E.G Catering Cleaning Facilities Courier and postal etc So we deliver Post to Library's/Schools/Other Council Buildings around the country but I deliver Post/Parcels to the Main SSC Building each day...
Am I classed as a key worker as most people I work with wanna stay at home and not come in,
the Leader of the Council told everyone to work from home where we can,
Our Company hasn't decided yet on what they wanna do but the building is empty and no one from council is in I got told that as was Self Isolating for 7 days that has ended and due back to work tomz

Been told by my line manager there been meetings and everything is up in the air at moment all my colleagues wanna stay at home for 3 weeks and kicking off about it, will know more later.
