Caravan site I have my static caravan on has been closed witch I under stand but why do I still have to pay my my monthly site fees

 Yes quite probably, your van is still on their site. Read your contract.

We can pay annually or monthly I pay monthly the is nothing close to whats going on at the minute but if they our closed they our not providing the service me and the rest of the caravan owners our paying for

Still have a mortgage but lucky that can be frozen for up to 3 month
