What are PayPal Credit doing to help customers at this difficult time. Are they going to keep raking in the interest? I have tried Messaging them but there seems to be nobody there!

Yes, interest will continue to accrue, but I would assume that they will be offering 3 month payment holidays like others.0

What's a payment holiday?

Wait it does say
"If you are a PayPal customer and are unsure of how you will pay your PayPal Credit bill this month, or need assistance on how best to send money safely and affordably to friends and family, we want to help. You can find immediate answers to your questions on the PayPal Help Center, or by clicking “Help” located on any PayPal page or email. "
This is only good if there are people on the other end! Isn't PayPal Credit classed as a loan facility and regulated by the FCA?
What great ideas are PayPal Credit going to come up with if you say e.g. I cannot afford to pay the minimum payment?
They are there to find ways to make sure you do! Or you get penalised (which is what they want)

Obviously they won't penalise you, because that's not what's happening, whether you think they want it or not.
They also can't make you pay something you can't afford because....you can't afford it.0
