self employed or small business?

I'm a self-employed massage therapist with my own small business and I get small business rates relief.  Do I apply for universal credit as a self employed person or for the small business grant of £10k as a sole trader or both? many thanks

You don't apply for the small business grant. Your local authority will get in touch if you are eligible, but I would anticipate some delay. In the meantime, check your eligibility for universal credit.
