we are due to fly to south of france on the 28 june for a james villa holiday. we have paid 1100 deposit already, and the final payment is due 31st march fro 2880. What are my options? at the moment we are considering not paying it and taking the hit on 1100 deposit we already paid

- that is an option and you lose your deposit - but your choice -  or you could wait for FCO travel advisory updates and if you have a package then obtain a full refund or credit back on what you have given James Villas.
