Love holiday issues and easyjet

My daughter and her boyfriend both have autism and were due to go abroad for their first holiday 23 April, they have heard nothing from Love Holidays so I helped her contact them online and the person on chat hung up the chat. So Rude as we only needed info.  I am also to go away week later with love holidays and had email from easyjet this morning offering to move the flight at my cost.  I am awaiting surgery as it was cancelled due to corona virus which is understandable. I already have another holiday booked for the end of the year, so offering me to change my flight until feb 2021 is no use to me. We have been told as a nation this could go on for months and months. It is the unknown.
If my daughter moves her flight, love holidays aren't offering to move the holiday.  So pointless doing it until love holidays step up. For them it would be acceptable though they are both at College so many dates would be off.
Has anyone else had no real help from Love holidays ? It's ok saying wait but many of us have put these holidays on credit cards that need paying when our jobs are in balance.  
Be interested to know if anyone has had their holiday cancelled by love holidays and had a refund for any holidays in April ? And if so how much notice did you get? It is my first time booking with them.  Thanks guys ...stay safe :)

  • Just wish the info would be more forthcoming.  Spain have many cases there is no way it will only be for 30 days. Sad times but we must kick its butt
  • I have been in contact with Loveholidays via webchat several times today - several because the chat has broken down twice. I have repeatedly asked for a cash refund and their reply is" as agreed with ABTA a voucher of 12 months" , which I have made clear is not what I am asking for,  and " if you do not wish to redeem this voucher please contact your travel insurance". ABTA, so far as I can see, say no such thing , other than as a possible suggestion, i.e. not that customers are obliged to accept this. I' m now at a loss as to what else to do. A voucher is just not good enough.
