Dropping off food for parents

After last nights restrictions is it still ok to go out and drop off food? I've done online shop and planned on dropping off some items to parents so they don't have to go out, would be driving and leaving shopping outside.

Did you actually read things properly? BBC News clearly states it is fine to "help a vulnerable person", of which the elderly easily fit into this category.0

Read the guidance and form your own opinion. None of us have more information than this.
You may noteYou should only leave the house for one of four reasons.● Shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible.● One form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle - alone or with members of your household.● Any medical need, or to provide care or to help a vulnerable person.● Travelling to and from work, but only where this absolutely cannot be done from home.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated.
