If you’ve started a PAYE contract for a client through an agency on March 1st but were contracting as a Ltd company prior to that date. Are you entitled to claim anything from the government under furlough or by other means? Options please.

Answered many times. It's for your employer to ask to enter the scheme and then furlough you. Look at COVID19: support for employees. We don't know if you had to be employed at 29 February.0

I’m sure Martin Lewis said they look back at your wage for February and base it on that, but the problem being there isn’t one for February on PAYE0
